The main theme of Karma Yoga Class is about food in September. It promotes the concept of mindful eating with the purpose to cherish our food and achieve a sense of contentment simply by enjoying the food from the earth. By doing yoga, you also contribute donation to the local charity.
九月行動瑜伽班, 主題為惜食(識食)。透過瑜伽練習,帶出正念進食,珍惜食材及感恩知足的訊息。
The 60 minutes' practice includes a series of yoga postures focused on stimuating digestion & detoxification, Breathing technique, total relaxation, yogic diet sharing & Meditation.
60分鐘的課堂包括練習一連串幫助消化及排毒的瑜伽式子,呼吸調息,放鬆,分享瑜伽飲食心得及冥想。
