我誠意推介俾喜歡做瑜珈又或從來沒有接觸過瑜珈嘅朋友. 這個由我朋友一手創辦的瑜珈學會, 在推動瑜珈運動的同時, 亦幫助本土的弱勢社群!! 做到社會共融, 人人互助的精神!! 跟我的"簡單"理念非常相近!!

The main theme of Karma Yoga Class is about food in September. It promotes the concept of mindful eating with the purpose to cherish our food and achieve a sense of contentment simply by enjoying the food from the earth. By doing yoga, you also contribute donation to the local charity.

九月行動瑜伽班, 主題為惜食(識食)。透過瑜伽練習,帶出正念進食,珍惜食材及感恩知足的訊息。

The 60 minutes' practice includes a series of yoga postures focused on stimuating digestion & detoxification, Breathing technique, total relaxation, yogic diet sharing & Meditation.

60分鐘的課堂包括練習一連串幫助消化及排毒的瑜伽式子,呼吸調息,放鬆,分享瑜伽飲食心得及冥想。

$120*/ 60 mins (cash at door)

* $30 will be donated to Feeding Hong Kong 樂餉社 by completion of 4 classes with receipt published to participants

All levels are welcomed.
